Kurulum
Raspberry Pi 5, ekrana yalnızca iki bağlantıyla monte ediliyor: güç kablosu (40-pin GPIO başlığına) ve şerit kablo (DSI portuna). Raspberry Pi OS microSD’ye yüklenip güç verildiğinde ekran portrait modda, 10 parmak dokunuş ve ekran klavyesiyle hazır olarak açılıyor.
3D Baskılı VESA Montaj Adaptörü
Henüz resmi bir muhafaza duyurulmadığından incelemeci Jean-Luc Aufranc, Blender’da bir VESA montaj adaptörü tasarlayıp PLA filament ile baskı aldı. STL dosyası GitHub’da paylaşıldı.
Yazılım ve Yönlendirme
Raspberry Pi OS dört yönlendirme modunu destekliyor: Normal (varsayılan, dikey), Sol, Ters ve Sağ. Dokunmatik mod iki seçenekli: Fare Emülasyonu veya Çoklu Dokunuş (tablet gibi kaydırma, sıkıştırma/büyütme). Bu ayar artık Kontrol Merkezi’nden yapılabiliyor — config dosyası düzenlemeye gerek yok.

Raspberry Pi has announced the Touch Display 2 — 10" Portrait, the largest model in the Touch Display 2 series. CNX Software received an early review sample. The 10.1-inch portrait panel targets interactive projects such as tablets, entertainment systems, and information dashboards. Compatible with Raspberry Pi 5 and Compute Modules with a MIPI connector only. Priced at $80.

Setup
The Raspberry Pi 5 connects to the display via two connections only: a power cable to the 40-pin GPIO header and a ribbon cable to the DSI port. With Raspberry Pi OS on a microSD card, the display boots in portrait mode with 10-finger touch and the on-screen keyboard working out of the box.
3D Printed VESA Mount
With no official enclosure available at review time, reviewer Jean-Luc Aufranc designed a VESA mount adapter in Blender and printed it in PLA. The STL file is available on GitHub.
Software & Orientation
Raspberry Pi OS supports four orientation modes: Normal (default, portrait), Left, Inverted, and Right. Touch mode offers two options: Mouse Emulation or Multitouch (tablet-style pinch, zoom, scroll). This setting is now accessible directly in the Control Centre without editing config files.
