Overview
InHand Networks has announced two credit card-sized Edge AI SBCs from the TI Sitara family: Mo 62A (TI AM62A, 2 TOPS) and Mo 68A (TI AM68A, 8 TOPS). Both boards share the 85×56 mm Raspberry Pi form factor, a 40-pin HAT-compatible GPIO header, and target AI Vision applications including industrial equipment, access control, robots, smart cameras, and visual inspection terminals. The AM62A and AM68A belong to the same TI Sitara family as the AM67A powering T3 Gemstone O1.

Both boards ship with Debian 13.2 based on Linux 6.12 (built with Armbian). AI runtime is TI TIDL with TFLite and ONNX support. V4L2 camera framework, DRM/KMS display, and TI EdgeAI SDK are included. Python, C/C++, OpenCV, and GStreamer are supported alongside InHand’s DeviceLive IoT device management platform. Software resources for Mo 62A are available on GitHub; Mo 68A hardware documentation is also shared there.
